Our On-Demand Event runs from October 28, 2024, through April 27, 2025, featuring the same educational content as the live event. To register for an On-Demand ticket, scroll down for details. After completing your transaction, you will receive an email with access information and steps to submit your CME form.

TICKET TYPES & PRICING

HCM8 ON-DEMAND TICKETS

HCM8 On-Demand registration is available now through April 27, 2025.

PRICING:

  • $400 USD - Physicians Seeking CME Credit

  • $200 USD - Physicians NOT Seeking CME Credit

  • $200 USD - Health Professionals / INDUSTRY / OTHER

TUITION INCLUDES:

  • access to all faculty lectures and panels of HCM Summit 8

  • Ability to submit for full CME credit

  • Summit 8 materials (event agenda, speaker slides)

  • Digital access to all CME content through April 27, 2025

PRE-EVENT COMMUNICATIONS

Registration confirmation, conference details, and post-event survey details will be emailed.

Approximately one week before Summit 8, all in-person and virtual registrants will also receive a reminder email including instructions for the event app, signing up for (non-mandatory) sponsor product theaters, parking tips (in-person), and more.

If you do not receive these communications, contact us to confirm your registration.

TICKETING TERMS & CONDITIONS

In-Person:

  • Requests for cancellation of in-person tickets to re-register as a virtual attendee will not be permitted under any circumstances.

  • Requests for cancellation of in-person tickets submitted before October 1, 2024, will be eligible for a refund of the tuition paid, less a non-refundable processing fee of $50 per registrant. Please contact us.

  • Requests for cancellations of in-person tickets submitted after October 1, 2024, will not be eligible for a refund.

  • Substitutions for in-person tickets are permissible until October 1, 2024. Please contact us.

Virtual:

  • Virtual tickets are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.

  • Substitutions for virtual tickets are permissible until October 17, 2024. Please contact us.

Enduring:

  • Enduring tickets are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.

EVENT CANCELLATION POLICY

In the event of the cancellation of HCM Summit 8, Ciné-Med, Lahey Clinic, Inc., and Lalone Marketing shall bear no liability for any expenses incurred by participants, including but not limited to travel and accommodation costs.

The organizers reserve the right to cancel any session or to substitute a qualified speaker should an emergency arise, and shall not be held liable for any consequential damages or losses that may result therefrom.

HCMA ANNUAL PATIENT MEETING

The Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy Association is hosting its 2024 Annual Patient Meeting at the Seaport Hotel the weekend of the Summit. For details and to register for the HCMA’s Saturday evening reception, Sunday afternoon programming, and Sunday night dinner, visit the HCMA Website.

LOGAN INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT (BOS)

For air travelers, Boston's accessibility starts at Logan International Airport (BOS), known for its worldwide connections and easy navigation. The Seaport Hotel is just 3 miles from Logan, making a taxi or ride-share a quick and convenient trip.

The Seaport Hotel provides parking in its 2,300-space Seaport Garage, conveniently located beneath the hotel.
